The lineup
Every burrito starts on the same base - eggs, potatoes, cheese, and my housemade green chili. From there you pick your heat and your meat.
The signature
Every burrito gets loaded end to end with Rut'n Buck's signature green chili sauce. Made fresh in house with authentic ingredients - diced onion, Hatch green chiles, fire-roasted tomatoes. The spicy version runs on a jalapeño base to pack a punch while keeping the same flavor.
Seven builds
Same base every time - eggs, potatoes, cheese, housemade green chili. The rest is yours.
Base + my green chili + the rotating meat.
Crispy smoked bacon, soft eggs, real cheese.
Crispy, thick-cut sausage links. Savory bites.
Bold chorizo with a slow, smoky heat.
Same base, but jalapeño chili swapped in for the green chili. Then the meat.
Crispy bacon with a clean jalapeño kick.
Thick-cut sausage links with real heat.
Fiery chorizo. The hottest one we build.
No meat, no compromise.
Sweet corn, black beans, just as loaded.
What's in every one

Two ways to get 'em
Standing breakfast for your crew. Dropped on a schedule so nobody has to think about it. Tell me the headcount. I'll handle the rest.
Start a Program →Stock a grab-and-go that actually moves. Real margin, zero prep, delivered fresh. Your customers grab, you ring it up.
Become an account →A Rut'n Buck breakfast burrito is built on a base of eggs, potatoes, cheese, and housemade green chili. The company makes seven varieties: mild and spicy versions each with bacon, sausage, or chorizo, plus a Southwest Vegetarian made with sweet corn and black beans. The mild burritos use the housemade green chili. The spicy burritos substitute a jalapeño chili in its place. Each burrito has a shelf life of about 6 days from delivery, and Rut'n Buck delivers fresh daily to coffee shops, gas stations, and grocery stores across southwest Montana (Bozeman, Belgrade, Ennis, and Townsend). More than 40,000 burritos have been sold across 16 locations. To stock them or set up a standing order, reach the owner directly at carson@rutnbuck.com or (406) 404-4303.
